This Bill seeks to amend the Constitution to limit the period for which a person could serve as Prime Minister, to provide for the recall of members of the House of Representatives, and to permit only candidates who have earned more than fifty percent of the votes cast in their respective constituencies to be elected as members of the House of Representatives. The Bill as introduced, once passed, will come into effect by Proclamation.
