The Children’s Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2008

An Act to amend the Children's Authority Act, 2000

This Bill seeks to amend the Children’s Authority Act, 2000 (Act 64 of 2000). In order to be passed, the Bill requires a special (three-fifths) majority in both Houses.
