This Bill seeks to amend the Children’s Community Residences, Foster Homes and Nurseries Act, 2000 (Act 65 of 2000). Amendments were made in the House of Representatives on 18 June 2008 including an amendment that caused the Bill to require a special (three-fifths) majority.
