The Anti-Gang Bill, 2010

An Act to make provision for the suppression of associations established for unlawful purposes and for the better preservation of public safety and order and for other related matters

This Bill seeks to make provision for the suppression of associations created for unlawful or criminal purposes and for the better protection of the public. The Bill requires a three-fifths majority in order to be passed. The resulting Act will come into operation by Proclamation.
