The Caribbean Court of Justice Bill, 2004

AN ACT to implement the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice and for related matters.

The Long Title of the Bill was changed by the House of Representatives on 02 February 2005, and now reads as follows:

“An Act to implement the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice in its original jurisdiction and other related matters.”

The Act was proclaimed on 16 December 2005 (Legal Notice 286 of 2005).
