This Bill seeks to amend the Senior Citizens’ Grant Act, Chap. 32:02 to change the name of the Act to the Senior Citizens’ Pension Act and to make the necessary changes from senior citizens’ pension within the Act. The Act would also increase the ceiling for monthly pensions to three thousand dollars and set out the various income ranges as the eligibility criteria for receipt of the monthly pension.
