The Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons Bill, 2011

An Act to give effect to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction

The Bill as introduced requires a three-fifths majority in order to be passed. The resulting Act will come into effect upon Proclamation.
