The Financial Institutions Bill, 1993
An Act to provide for the regulation of banks and other financial institutions which engage in the business of banking and business of a financial nature, for matters incidental and related thereto, for the repeal of the Banking Act (Chap. 79:01) and the Financial Institutions (Non-Banking) Act (Chap. 83:01) and the reenactment of certain provisions of those Acts in consolidated form.
