Mr. Andrew Casimire served as the Representative for Toco/Manzanilla during the 4th Republican Parliament. He was appointed a Parliamentary Secretary.

Mr. Casimire passes away on Thursday 21st March, 2019. Tributes were paid to Mr. Casimire in the House of Representatives on March 29, 2019.
