The object of this Bill is to supplement and vary the appropriation provided for by the Appropriation (Financial Year 2014) Act, 2013 and to authorize the utilization of any sums accruing from a reduction of expenditure under certain Heads of Expenditure for the purpose of meeting any liability incurred through the increase in expenditure under other Heads.
