Her Excellency Christine Kangaloo, O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, has issued Proclamations declaring the dates and times at which the 4th Session of the 12th Parliament will prorogue and the 5th Session of the 12th Parliament will commence.
