The Tobago House of Assembly (Amendment) Bill, 2026

An Act to amend the Tobago House of Assembly Act, Chap. 25:03.

The purpose of the Bill is to amend the Tobago House of Assembly Act, Chap. 25:03 to increase the number of Secretaries in the Executive Council of the Tobago House of Assembly, and also to increase the number of members required to constitute a quorum at a meeting of the Tobago House of Assembly.
