Mr. Joel Sampson was elected to the House of Representatives, as the Member for Tobago West in the 13th Republican Parliament, in April of 2025.

Mr. Sampson previously served in the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) as Deputy Presiding Officer and Assemblyman, representing the Bon Accord/Crown Point district.
