Mr. Subhas Panday served as Member of Parliament for Naparima during the 4th Republican Parliament (1991-1995). After a hiatus between 1995 and 2000, Mr. Panday returned to the House of Representatives after having contested and won the Princes Town seat in the General Elections of 2000, 2001 and 2002. With the changes in boundaries resulting in the creation of 41 constituencies for the General Election of 2007, Mr. Panday contested and won the newly created Princes Town North constituency.
Mr. Panday is an attorney-at-law.
