* The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Third Schedule of the Production of Cane Act, Chap. 64:01 to alter the method of fixing the price of sugar cane produced by farmers and sold to millers.
* The new formula is based on the quality of the cane supplied as opposed to the quantity
