An Act regulating the safety, health and welfare of persons at work

This Bill replaces House of Representatives Bill No. 4 of 2001.

It went before a Select Committee of the House of Representatives. The Committee submitted two reports requesting more time. However, the Bill lapsed upon the dissolution of the 6th Parliament on 13 October 2001.
