Legal Notice 283 of 2025. Sections 1, 2, 3(a), (b), (d) and 3(e)(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv), 4(a), 5(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), 6(a), (b) and (c), 7, 8 and 9 of the FATF Compliance Act come into effect.
