The Miscellaneous Provisions (Ministry of Justice) Bill, 2011

An Act to amend certain enactments to provide for the vesting of functions and powers in the Minister of Justice

This Bill seeks to amend the definition of “Minister” in the following Acts to enable the Minister of Justice to perform the functions and exercise the powers under those Acts.

  1. The Criminal Injuries Compensation Act, Chap. 5:31
  2. The Justice Protection Act, Chap. 5:33
  3. The Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Act, Chap. 5:34
  4. The Community Service Orders Act, Chap. 13:06
  5. The Police Complaints Authority Act. Chap. 15:05
