The Miscellaneous Provisions (Testing and Identification) Bill, 2022

The Minister of National Security, Hon. Fitzgerald Hinds, MP, moved the second reading of The Miscellaneous Provisions (Testing and Identification) Bill, 2022. Debate began on the bill. Eleven senators contributed to the debate before the wind up by the Minister of National Security. The bill was then committed to a Committee of the Whole for consideration clause by clause. It was approved without amendments. With 30 votes for, no votes against and no abstentions, the bill was read a third time and passed.
