The Pilotage (Amendment) Bill, 2005

An Act to amend the Pilotage Act, Chap. 51:02.

* The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Pilotage Act, Chap. 51:02 to remove the discriminatory provisions relating to CARICOM nationals who are not Commonwealth citizens which deny them the opportunity to provide pilotage services.
The Bill lapsed upon the prorogation of the Third Session of the Eighth Parliament on 08 September 2005.
