The purpose of this Bill would be to provide for an electronic registration system for all motor
vehicles including vehicles that are registered on the coming into operation of this Act. The Bill would also provide for a system speed-control enforcement through the use of spot speed cameras. These cameras would be installed by the Licensing Authority on or near certain roads for the purpose the detecting the speed at which a vehicle is being driven.
