This Bill seeks to amend the Electronic Payments into and out of Court Act, 2018 by inserting a new section 16 to provide for the deduction of bank charges, credit card charges, debit card charges, chargeback and administrative and other fees from the Custodial Bank Account, by agreement between the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago and a Financial Intermediary.
The resulting Act will come into force upon Proclamation
