Private Members’ business took precedence at this Sitting. The Member for Barataria / San Juan, Mr. Saddam Hosein, MP, moved a motion condemning the Government for its failure to effectively address crime. Debate began on the motion.

Ms. Anita Haynes, MP, raised a matter on the adjournment namely the failure of the Government to account on the status of the medical plan to former PETROTRIN workers and retirees. The Minister of National Security responded.
