Debate resumed on the Appropriation (Financial Year – 2015) Bill, 2014. Sen. the Hon. Fazal Karim was the first to rejoin the debate followed by Sen. Diane Baldeo-Chadeesingh, Sen. David Small, the Minister of Justice, Sen. Avinash Singh, Sen. Anthony Vieira and the Minister of Food Production. 15 Senators made contributions before the Minister of Finance and the Economy rose to conclude. The Bill was read a second time. The Minister then moved that the Bill not be referred to a Committee of the whole Senate. The Bill was then read a third time and passed.
