Debate resumed on the Appropriation (Financial Year 2014) Bill, 2013, led off by the Member for Diego Martin Central. The Member for Caroni Central was the next to speak followed by the Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training,the Member for Port-of-Spain South, the Minister of National Security, the Minister of Planning and Sustainable Development, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance and the Economy. The bill was then put to Finance Committee where it was passed by a majority vote 25 for and 10 against
