Debate resumed on the Bail (Amendment)(No.2) Bill, 2019. Following the debate, the Bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole Senate for consideration clause by clause. Amendments were made. With 22 votes for, 0 votes against and 8 abstentions, the Bill was read a third time and passed.

Opposition Senator Wade Mark raised a matter on the adjournment namely the failure of the Government to provide critical resources to the National Maintenance Training and Security Company. The Minister of Public Utilities, Sen. the Hon. Robert Le Hunte, responded.
