Sen. the Hon. Anand Ramlogan, Sen. the Hon. Kevin Ramnarine, Sen. the Hon. Raziah Ahmed and Sen. Shamfa Cudjoe are out of the country and were granted leave of absence by the President of the Senate.

The President of the Senate then read a letter from the President of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago appointing Mr. Wayne Sturge, Mr. Don Sylvester, Arch. Barbara Burke, Mrs. Camille Robinson-Regis as temporary Senators.

They then took the Oath of Allegiance as temporary Senators for today’s siting.
