Leave of absence was granted to Hon. Camille Robinson-Regis, MP for Arouca/Maloney, from Sittings of the House during the period 10th – 13th November.
The Speaker informed of correspondence received from the President of the Senate regarding the JSCs appointed to consider the Fisheries Management (No. 2) Bill, 2020 and the Shipping Bill, 2020.

Seven reports were presented.
Three urgent questions were posed.
Six questions qualified for oral answer. Questions #14 and #15 were withdrawn. Four questions were answered.
The Miscellaneous Provisions (Establishment of the Borough of Diego Martin and Borough of Siparia) Bill, 2021 and The Summary Courts (Amendment) Bill, 2021 were introduced in the names of the Minister of Rural Development and Local Government and the Attorney General respectively.
The Ag. Leader of the House moved a motion regarding the speaking time for the motion to be debated, that is, 45 minutes for the mover and first responder to the motion, 20 minutes for every other contributor to the debate and 30 minutes for the wind up. The motion was approved.
The Prime Minister moved a motion to approve the notification of the President of the nomination of five persons to the Police Service Commission. Debate began on the motion, with five contributions being made before the Prime Minister rose to wind up. The question for each nominee was posed separately, with each nominee receiving 21 votes for, 19 votes against and no abstentions. The Motion was approved.
The Member for Tabaquite raised a matter on the Motion for the adjournment, namely the inconsistent delivery of water and electricity services in Tabaquite. The Minister of Public Utilities, Hon. Marvin Gonzales, MP, responded.
