The Budget Debate
Debate continued on the Appropriation (Financial Year – 2016) Bill, 2015. The Member of Parliament for Tobago West was first to join in the debate followed by Member of Parliament for Naparima, the Member of Parliament for LaHorquetta/ Talparo and the Member of Parliament for Cumuto Manzanilla.
