The President of the Senate granted leave of absence to Senator Ronald Huggins due to illness. Mr. Ndale Young was appointed to temporarily replace Sen. Huggins during his absence from the Senate.

Sen. Mark raised as a definite matter the dry docking of the Cabo Star cargo vessel. The President of the Senate was not satisfied that the matter qualified under this Standing Order.

The Miscellaneous Provisions (Supreme Court of Judicature and Children) Bill, 2018 was considered in Committee of the Whole and approved with amendments. The Bill was then read a third time and passed.
