The Finance (Supplementary Appropriation) (Financial Year 2025) Bill, 2025 was brought from the House of Representatives in the name of the Minister of Finance. The Minister of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development and Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Sen. the Hon. Dr. Kennedy Swaratsingh, moved that the next stage of the bill be taken later in the proceedings. The motion was approved.

The Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Authority (Repeal) Bill, 2025

Debate resumed (from Monday June 23, 2025) on The Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Authority (Repeal) Bill, 2025. Fifteen senators added their voice to the debate before the wind up by the Minister of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development and Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Sen. the Hon. Dr. Kennedy Swaratsingh. The bill was then committed to a Committee of the Whole for consideration clause by clause. No amendments were made.
