The Finance (Supplementation and Variation of Appropriation) (Financial Year 2026) Bill, 2026 was introduced in the name of the Minister of Finance, who moved that the next stage of the bill be taken later in the proceedings. The motion was approved.

The Prime Minister made a statement on matters related to the non-payment of electricity bills and subsequent reinstallation of electricity by Flavorite, and on matters related to this issue involving a law firm of which a current member of the House of Representatives is an attorney-at-law.

No members contributed to the debate. With 28 votes for, 11 votes against and no abstentions, the bill was read a third time and passed.
