The Minister of Public Utilities made a statement on the Establishment of an Electrification programme by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission with oversight by the Ministry of Public Utilities.

The Minister of Land and Marine Resources moved the second reading of the State Land (Regularisation of Tenure)(Miscellaneous Amendment) Bill, 2015. The Member for Chaguanas West was first to enter the debate, followed by the Minister of Housing and Urban Development and the Member for Caroni Central. Eight Members made contributions before the Minister of Land and Marine Resources rose to conclude. The Bill was read a second time, referred to a Committee of the Whole House where it was approved with amendments. It was then read a third time and passed. A division was taken at third reading, the result of which was 25 for, none against, no abstentions.
