One Report, the Second Report of the Standing Orders Committee of the Senate, Fifth Session (2014/2015), Tenth Parliament, was presented in the name of the Leader of Government Business.

The Minister of Finance and the Debate moved the second reading of the Gambling (Gaming and Betting) Control Bill, 2015. Sen. Faris Al-Rawi was first to enter the debate, followed by Sen. Helen Drayton and Temporary Government Senator Cindy Gibbs-Nicholas. Six Senators made contributions before debate on the Bill was suspended.

The Committee Stage of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Bill, 2014 continued as the Senate resolved into a Committee to consider the bill clause by clause. The Committee stage was later suspended to another date.

At the next sitting debate is expected to begin on the Finance (Variation of Appropriation)(Financial Year 2015) Bill, 2015. The sitting ended at 6:14 p.m.
