Speaking time for debate on Motion #1
The Acting Leader of Government Business, Hon. Terrence Deyalsingh, moved a motion with regards to the speaking time for the debate on Motion #1 (Extend SOE for three months), that a maximum of 45 minutes be allowed for the mover and first responder, a maximum of 20 minutes for all other responders and a maximum of 45 minutes for the reply of the mover of the motion. The motion was approved.
