The President of the Senate granted leave of absence to Vice-President, Sen. James Lambert and Independent Senator, Sen. Helen Drayton who are both out of the country. Mr. Wayne Sturge and Ms. Melissa Ramkissoon were appointed Temporary Senators in their absence.
The Minister of the Environment and Water Resources moved that the next stage of the Bill be taken at a Sitting to be held on Tuesday June 2nd, 2015.

At the next sitting, Private Business will take precedence as debate will continue on a Private Motion in the name of Sen. Victor Wheeler calling on the Government to take immediate steps to conduct a comprehensive review of the Regional Health Authority system in the delivery of health care in Trinidad and Tobago.
