The Finance (No.2) Bill, 2016

The Minister of Finance moved the second reading of the Finance (No.2) Bill, 2016. Dr. Bhoendradatt Tewarie is first to enter the debate. The Bill was taken to the Committee of the Whole to be considered clause by clause and amended.
