Sen. Anthony Vieira presented the Fourteenth Report of the Joint Select Committee appointed to inquire into and report on Municipal Corporations and Service Commissions on a Review of the Administration of the San Fernando City Corporation.

Sen. the Hon. Dr. Bhoendradatt Tewarie moved the second reading of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Bill, 2014 Sen. Faris Al-Rawi was the first to enter the debate followed by Sen. Helen Drayton, the Minister of Energy and Energy Affairs, Sen. Dr. Lester Henry and Sen. Dr. Rolph Balgobin. Debate on the Bill was then adjourned to a later date.
