The Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, made a statement on the mechanics of the Government’s Financial Year.
The House continued debate, from March 22, 2024, on a private motion to improve the delivery of healthcare services to the people of Trinidad and Tobago. The Member for Arima resumed her contribution. Five other members contributed to this debate before the adjournment of this debate.
The Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, moved a motion for the extension of period of time under sections 24(1) and 25(1) of the Exchequer and Audit Act Chap. 69:01. Four members contributed to the debate before the wind up by the Minister of Finance. With 19 votes for, 14 votes against and no abstentions, the motion was approved.
