The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2023 was brought from the House of Representatives in the name of the Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, who moved that the next stage of the bill be taken forthwith. The motion was approved.

The Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, moved the second reading of The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2023. Nineteen members contributed to the debate before the wind up by the Minister of Finance. The bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole for consideration clause by clause.
