Debate continued (from Friday January 30, 2015) on the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Bill, 2014. The Minister of Works and Infrastructure was first to enter the debate, followed by the Member for St. Joseph, the Minister of State in the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Child Development, and the Member for Laventille West, during whose contribution debate on the Bill was suspended.
