The Finance (Variation of Appropriation) (Financial Year 2021) Bill, 2022 was brought from the House of Representatives in the name of the Minister of Finance, who moved that the next stage of the bill be taken later in the proceedings. The motion was carried.

Sen. Mark raised a matter on the adjournment regarding the need for the Government to address the lack of burial spaces at cemeteries in Princes Town. The Leader of Government Business, Sen. the Hon. Clarence Rambharat, responded.
Sen. Mark raised a second matter regarding the need for the Government to explain why TSTT is seeking to engage in another round of restructuring and the implications of such actions on the company’s workforce. The Leader of Government Business responded.
