The Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, made a statement on the implementation of Property Tax in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Property Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2024 was introduced in the name of the Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, who moved that the next stage of the Bill be taken on Monday March 18, 2024. The House agreed.
The Minister of Finance moved a Motion asking the House to increase the borrowing limit under the Development Loans Act. The Leader of the Opposition was first to respond. Thirteen members contributed to the debate before the wind up by the Minister of Finance. The motion was approved.
