Mr. Martin Daly served as an Independent Senator during the 4th, 5th and 6th Republican Parliaments (1992 to 2001). He is an attorney-at-law and Senior Counsel. In 2008 Mr. Daly was elected President of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, replacing Mr. Russell Martineau, SC, himself a former Parliamentarian and Attorney-General.
