Mr. Gordon Draper first entered the House of Representatives in 1995 as the elected representative for Port-of-Spain North/St. Ann's West in the 5th Parliament. Prior to this Mr. Draper served as a Senator and Minister during the 4th Republican Parliament (1991-1995).
