The Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago is considering the Planning and Facilitation of Development Bill, 2013, which is currently before a Special Select Committee of the Senate, and we would like to hear your views.
The Bill proposes to, inter alia, repeal and replace the Town and Country Planning Act, Chap. 35:01, and to establish a new system for obtaining planning and development approvals. The comments of stakeholders and interested persons on these matters would be appreciated.
The deadline date for submission of your comments is Friday February 7, 2014.
