Debate on the Bill resumed from Tuesday February 19, 2008. Five members spoke on the Bill before the Attorney General concluded the debate. The Bill was considered in Committee and passed without amendments. On the question that the Bill be read a third time and passed there was division of 24 for, none against and 6 abstentions.
