The Clerk of the House read a Proclamation by His Excellency the Acting President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago declaring Tower D of the Port-of-Spain International Waterfront Centre, 1A Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain, as the place at which the Second Session of the Tenth Parliament shall continue. The National Anthem was then played.
