Debate resumed on the budget for fiscal 2013. The Minister of Foreign Affairs was first to contribute, followed by the Member for Diego Martin North/East, The Minister of National Security, the Member for Laventille East Morvant and the Minister of Labour and Small and Micro Enterprise Development. Ten Members made contributions before debate was suspended.

At the next sitting, debate is expected to continue on the Appropriation (Financial Year – 2013) Bill, 2012.
