The immediate need for the Prime Minister and the Government to provide equal or similar treatment which the Prime Minister receives, to protect his life and the security of his person from private security guards and the protective services.

The Speaker ruled that the Matter did not qualify under Standing Order 12.

The Minister of Finance moved that the next stage oft the Bill be taken later in the proceedings
